    drainage issues

Ran into some issues with the room setup—no place to hang clothes, which made it tricky to stay organized during my stay. The thermostat didn't quite do its job, and the room was warmer than I would have liked, even though I let them know at checkout. The shower drainage wasn't great, leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet, and there was some mold at the soap tray that might deter those sensitive to it. Storage felt lacking with plenty of empty cupboard space but no actual shelves or hooks, leaving my belongings in a bit of a clutter.

    heart location
    excellent service
    cramped room
    limited options

Loved the location, right in the heart of things, with excellent service from the staff. The room was a bit cramped and lacked storage, but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved, as we soon grew tired of the limited options, yet overall, the experience was enjoyable.

Perfect spot in the heart of Lisbon!

Location is just INCREDIBLE! You can walk to all the popular sights. Had a cute room with a nice view of the Arco da Rua Augusta. Staff were super friendly and helped me so much with local tips and even translated some train info for me, which was above and beyond! The only thing is the restaurant was a bit limited. Definitely would recommend!

    yummy pastries
    relaxing terrace
    worn bathroom

The included breakfast was a great start to the day, especially with all the yummy pastries and fresh coffee! I loved how relaxing the terrace was for chilling after a day of exploring. The cozy lounge was perfect for unwinding. The bathroom showed a little wear and tear, but it didn't take away from the overall comfort we enjoyed. 😄

    fantastic location
    modern clean room
    sold-out desserts
    tricky access
    limited dining options

A fantastic location allows for easy walking to major sites and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and had a spacious bathroom with a strong shower. Enjoyed a delightful grilled octopus dish at the on-site restaurant. However, some items on the dessert menu were sold out, and access could be tricky during peak times.
